I am reading Trumpocracy, by David Frum. The book is confirming my suspicions that our (humankind’s) so-called superior intellect actually confers a seriously superior capacity for stupidity, rationalizing all sorts of unacceptable behaviour, and thuggery. Thank goodness there is at least one Republican who is unafraid to “plumb the foulnesses of the Trump presidency.”
A "superior capacity for stupidity" really sums up humankind doesn't it. And the Trump presidency.

ReplyDeleteI wonder what the odds are that Trump and at least some of his nasty spawn will do time in jail. I would love for his big-game-hunting sons to do some time alongside their foul father.
