I have faked a number of things in my life, including a university degree (which I needed to get a job in Japan, but didn’t have at the time), a handful of injuries (sprained wrist, sprained ankle; I’m not super-creative when it comes to anatomical fraud), and an anaphylaxis-inducing allergy to cruciferous vegetables (stir-fried boy choy excepted).
This list impresses me, as does the phrase "anatomical fraud."
ReplyDeleteIt just occurred to me that a better opening would have been, "Not content with merely faking orgasms..."
ReplyDeleteLOL Would you believe . . . oh, never mind. I think I'll turn what I was going to say into a blog post.
DeleteHa!

DeleteI love you Helen.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad all these things were fake (except for the university degree).
ReplyDeleteWhat is boy chow?
ReplyDeleteOops, it sounds like some sort of dog food. I'm sure I wrote book choy (which initially was autocorrected to "ahoy"). How can I kill autocorrect?
